Online Scheduling Guide
Requirements
Please note that payment is required in order to fully reserve and confirm lesson slots.
In order to reschedule, cancel, or book additional lessons, each parent will need to register for an account using our online booking platform. If you have not already done so, click the button below to create your account.
How to Register for an Online Account
- Book a ‘Free New Parent/Student Initial Orientation’. (please disregard the appointment day and time; this is a formality needed to initialize your account.)
- Once you have received your appointment confirmation, scroll to bottom of the page and select ‘change/cancel appointment’. You will then have the option to ‘Register for an Account’.
- Create a username and password. Note: Please use students’ name when setting up the account.
Refund Policy for Group Lessons
- We require notice in writing (email) if your child will no longer be attending group lessons.
- If written notice of withdrawal is received less than 10 days before the start of a program, we will retain 20% of the total fees.
- If written notice of withdrawal is received after the start of the program, we will retain 100% of the total fees.
We reserve the right not to run an advertised program of study if insufficient students sign up for the course. If payment has already been made for a program that we subsequently decide not to run, we will provide a full refund immediately on notifying you of the decision.
Rescheduling and Cancellation of Private Lessons
We require 24 hours’ notice of any cancellations or requests to reschedule. This must be done through your online account. Once we have received your cancellation notice, you will receive a lesson credit that can be used towards any future appointments.
Direct Contact with Tutors
We do not facilitate the exchange of parent/tutor contact information. If you and your tutor decide to exchange telephone contact information, it is for emergency purposes only, e.g. either party is running late to a lesson. Our tutors are not ‘on call’ and should not be contacted directly outside of scheduled lesson time for any other purpose.
